By accessing our website, purchasing our rare plants, or booking any of our plant clinic and workshop services, you agree to abide by these straightforward rules. We believe in keeping things simple and transparent so you can focus on making your botanical collection thrive.
2. Rare Plant Purchases
Our rare indoor plants are living organisms. While we guarantee that every plant leaves our shop in optimal health and pest-free condition, we cannot guarantee their ongoing survival once they transition into your environment. We strongly encourage you to review our dedicated plant care guides to ensure your new addition adapts perfectly to its new home.
3. Plant Clinic Services
Our plant clinic services provide expert assessments and treatment plans based on the visible symptoms of your plants. While we use industry-leading care practices, nature can be unpredictable. We cannot be held liable for plants that do not recover despite our best clinical efforts.
4. Workshop Bookings
Our hands-on plant workshops are carefully prepared with living materials and limited seating. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop start time are non-refundable.
